Complete and stable charge and discharge protection logic
Overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short-circuit, and disconnection handling
Designed to enhance pack reliability in daily use
High-current MOS array helps reduce conduction losses
Topology optimized for stable charging/discharging performance
Hardware balancing for cells
Balanced current set appropriately; heat distribution is reasonable
Balancing is designed not to impair overall pack performance
Note: Actual configuration depends on the required series count and component selection in the common version. Ensure cell consistency and correct wiring before operation.
Users can freely configure 3S / 4S / 5S setups.
By default, the board will be shipped according to the customer’s selected series count.
Simply connect according to the matching wiring diagram — no modification required.
If another series configuration is needed, users can adjust it themselves by following the provided operation guide.
This protection board uses 15 high-power ultra-low resistance MOSFETs (8 for discharge, 7 for charge).
Same-Port Mode: Discharge 60A / Charge 60A
Split-Port Mode: Discharge 80A / Charge 60A

Practical Operation Guide
🔋 Output Current: Split Port 80A | Same Port 60A
⚠️ Note: Lithium batteries must be charged with a dedicated lithium battery charger.
Do not use a lead-acid battery charger. Charging with a lead-acid charger may generate
high voltage that breaks down the MOS tubes of the protection board, causing the protection
board to fail in overcharge protection.
(Refer to the 3S split-port wiring diagram)
Connect 3 battery packs in series according to the wiring method of the 3S split-port wiring diagram.
Connect the charger negative terminal to C- of the protection board, and the load negative terminal to P-.
Connect the charger positive terminal and the load positive terminal to the positive terminal of the 3S battery pack.
Use 3 wires to connect the positive terminals of the 3 battery packs in sequence to B+, B4, and B3.
Connect the negative terminal of the 3S battery pack to B-. Short-circuit B1, B2, and B-.
After all wires are connected according to the diagram, carefully check to ensure correctness. Confirm everything is correct before starting use.
During use, when the indicator light on the protection board is ON, it means the corresponding battery group is in balancing working state (i.e., the battery voltages are unbalanced).

(Refer to the 3S same-port wiring diagram)
Connect 3 battery packs in series according to the wiring method of the 3S same-port wiring diagram.
Connect the charger negative terminal and the load negative terminal to C-. Keep P- unconnected.

The wiring methods for 4S same-port / split-port and 5S same-port / split-port are similar to the 3S wiring methods. Please refer to the corresponding wiring diagrams.
🔹 4S Split-Port Wiring → Refer to 4S split-port wiring diagram.
