Pasteurizer is used to pasteurize the milk at 85 degree or you can set the temperature depend on the temperature you need and then use the cooling water to cool the pasteurized milk into 40 degree or below.
Fermentation tank is used to ferment the milk into yogurt, the fermenting process last about 4-8 hours depend on your starter.
The control panel control the whole system and the pump to transfer the milk from this tank to next tank.
So this whole system need only 1-2 persons. less labor.
