OKAM connect NVR steps
 
1: Follow the instructions in the picture to set the password for the camera
2: Make sure the network the camera is connected to and the network the NVR is connected to are the same network.
3: Go back to the system setup interface, follow the instructions in the picture to check the camera LAN IP address.
4: Select onvif protocol in NVR to search camera IP address, and add camera after searching.
5: After adding the camera, go to edit the camera's channel and change the password to the one you just set.
User name: admin.The password is the one you set for the camera.
6.If your connection is not successful, please contact us, we have a professional technician and video for you to solve the connection problem.
7.Onvif ports 10080, RTSP ports 10055 and 10054.
8.The NVR can only display two screens due to port problems, but the APP displays four screens.
 
1. Enter the system setting interface after adding the camera with Kitty Hawk, click general Settings to find "plaintext password Settings"Click the switch to the right of enabling a plaintext password and set the password
2. Return to the system Settings screen and click Health to view the camera LAN IP address
3. ONVIF connection method:In the video management interface of the burner, select the protocol to search for the IP address of the camera, and add it after finding it After adding a camera, edit the camera channel and change the password to the plaintext password
4.RTSP connection methodRTSP ports 10055 and 10054.
5.With the two connection methods, two screens are finally displayed.

2. Can the camera run on 2.4 G or 5G?
Answer: The camera supports 2.4G and 5G networks.
3. Can that camera be mounted on the ceiling instead of the wall as shown? Are there bolt holes to allow it to be mounted on the ceiling?
Answer: Our cameras come with screws and bolt holes on the back of the camera so you can mount it wherever you want.
4. Does the camera support the ONVIF protocol?
Answer: Yes, but there are only two ports on the PC port, so only two screens are displayed.
