FAQ:

Q: Does it work with AC/DC direct power? And batteries required?
A: Yes it can be powered by direct AC/DC 12-24V power. Please note that batteries are still required in this case. The DC/AC power should power the batteries firstly then offer power to the doorbell.

Q: Why the doorbell cant turn on with the batteries?
A: You need to take off the sticker on the batteries and it will work.

Q: If wifi signal is too weak near the door, How can I solve the signal problem?
A: You shall order with the wifi extenter, It will hope you extend the wifi signal distance.

Q: Why sometimes it shows "offline" in the APP?
A: 1. It is designed with low consumption chip so the doorbell will go into "sleep" mode if no one calls or no motion is detected.You can wake it up by pressing the bell. 2. If the home WiFi becomes too weak for streaming, it might disconnect and shows "offline". 3. Please remove the doorbell from the APP list and then try again the configuration with APP.


Q:I order with battery, why I can't turn on the camera?
A:All battery sent with a Insulating film, you shall move out it before you use.

Q:Why my new battery work short time?
A:For airline require: all rechargeable battery must keep 0-60% power, if not, parcels can't be shipped by air post.
So some battery is empty or less power. please charge battery full at the first time you use.

Q:Is the night mode on auto at night?
A:Yes, It build in Photosensitive chip, Night mode will on auto at night.

Q:My house is a villa, I don't want the camera doorbell call my phone always. How can I do?
A:In the setting, you can Turn off the PIR detection. Then it will not call you if no body presses the doorbell button.

Q: Is every doorbell check before shipping?
A: Yes, Before we sent, all doorbell tested wifi connect, chime connect, video quality, sounds quality, Night mode, motion detection ....etc.

Q: Is the doorbell support Intercom?
A: Yes, it support 2CH Intercom. No matter where are you, people near the door can speak with you if your phone has wifi or 4G signal.

Q: Is the doorbell support 5GHz wifi or only 2.4G.
A: It support 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi.
