Q: Why can't I turn on the solar camera after receiving it?
A: We only partially charged the camera during transportation. We recommend that you charge the camera for 6-8 hours with a 5V/1A adapter before using it.

Q: How does the solar camera work?
A: If the camera does not detect motion within three minutes of normal operation, it will automatically enter sleep mode and automatically wake up when there is motion.

Q: How long can the built-in battery be used after a full charge?
A: The camera's built-in battery can be used for about 15 days after a full charge (if the alarm is triggered about 20 times a day).

Q: How to charge the camera when the built-in battery is dead?
A: If you use an adapter to charge the camera, only 5V/1A specifications can be used. Adapters of other specifications will burn the camera chip (it is not recommended to charge after the battery is used up, which is very harmful to the battery)!
