WiFi/APP connection:
1.Ensure BT & WiFi signal is on(2.4G* WiFi).
2.Press the network reset button for 8 second suntil you hear the "beep" sound.
3.Open JLink app.
4.Click on "Add Device"
5.Found devices:Click on the pop-up dialog box.
6.Connect to Network:Enter the WiFi name and password, and click on "Next step".If your is
5GHz,must set it to 2.4GHz first.
7.Enter device name,click on "Next step".
8.Select devicelocation, and click on "Next step".
9.Turn on "Push Alarm", and click "Next step".
10.Connectionis successful,enter and enjoy your feeding.
FAQ:
1.Food container cannot be installed
Align foolproof column with the foolproof slot and press the lock buttons to install the fishfood container.
2.APP cannot be connected
Ensure that the magnetic io is connected properly, and ensure that the network is connectedto 2.4GHz WiFi.
lf some one else has connected to the device, please press the networkreset button for 8 seconds to re factory settings.
Then, make sure that the Bluetooth and WlFl signals are turned on, and follow the APP connection steps to reconnect.
3.How to clean the food container
Press and hold the lock button to remove the food container.
Rotate counterclockwise toremove the cover of the grain distribution tank at the bottom of the grain barrel.
The realgrain barrel can be washed with water.
4.What about a sudden power failure
Connect the standby power io(such as power bank) to the standby io.In case of suddenpower failure, the system will switch to the standby power supply mode.
5.Misuse of fish food or other items outside the scope of this product, resulting in food jam After removing the food container, unscrew the lid of the distribution tank, take out thestuck items and reinstall them for use.
6.APP Video too laggy
Ensure that the network speed of the router is fast enough. lf the network speed is low,please adjust the video definition from "HD" to "standard definition"
7.Too much food leakage when feeding small fish
Please replace the ordinary fish food outlet with a small fish food outlet.
8.Frequent network disconnections
Ensure that the adapter is 5V2A, and Check if the router signal is too weak.
