Machine Introduction
This machine is a semi-automatic pre-insulated tubular terminal servo crimping machine that is easy to operate, highly efficient, cost-effective and of high quality. Achieve integration, including vibrating tray feeding, electric wire clamping, electric stripping, electric wire twisting, terminal threading, and servo crimping. Touch screen operation, electric adjustment of penetration distance, set parameter saving, and can be directly called.

Peeling methods: Rotary peeling, parallel peeling, rotary twisting, and the direction can be forward or reverse.
Terminal supply: Vibrating tray feeding, one tray can be used for 10 types of terminals. With simple adjustments, 10 types of terminals can be used universally.
Crimping shape: Regular quadrilateral crimping, servo motor crimping, and the crimping height can be adjusted freely: The crimping shape can be customized with a dedicated crimping die.
Product replacement: Manually replace the relevant fixtures and adjust the vibration disc, select the original parameters, and control the memory parameter invocation.
Production capacity: approximately 3.2 seconds per single terminal, which may vary depending on the wire type (considered as a single machine operation cycle). During manual operation, it is approximately 4 seconds per single terminal (depending on the wire type).
