1. Outer packaging photo (complete, used to determine if damage is caused by logistics reasons)

5. If there are issues such as inability to use, power on, or light up, a video must be taken to prove it

PS: Recently, it was discovered that returns were made without prior contact. However, after the return was received at the warehouse, there were issues with the product and it was unable to be put on the shelves. As a result, we were unable to contact the buyer. Our company proceeded to dispose of the returned product, and the distributor will bear the cost and will not issue a refund.
