MEASUREMENT METHODS AND STEPS
Step 1: Zero adjustment
Correct the tension meter before measuring with the tension meter, place the tension meter on the front of the glass calibration block (don't be too strong), and twist the scale lock counterclockwise with your hand until the dial can rotate. Rotate the dial until the dot is facing the pointer, and then twist the scale lock clockwise to lock the scale rotation disk.
Warm tips:
1. When the scale is zero, the long needle may not be 90° to the horizontal line, and it is normal to turn left to the right. 2. If the glass calibration block is large or broken in daily use, it should be replaced in time.)
Step 2: Zero adjustment
Place the steel mesh plate or screen plate unprinted up on the surface of the water platform. Place the whole tension meter smoothly on the mesh 15-20cm from the edge of the bezel, and tap the surface of the steel mesh or screen with your fingers a few times. At this time, the reading pointer is the actual tension of the current steel mesh or wire mesh (Newtonian reading). Flip the steel mesh plate or screen plate horizontally (PCB contact surface or screen printing surface facing up), place the tension meter in the four corners and center of the steel mesh plate or screen plate respectively, check the tension value of each point, and fill in the minimum value in the resume of the steel mesh or screen). DETECT WHETHER THE Tension MEASUREMENT VALUE OF THE STEEL MESH OR WIRE MESH IS WITHIN THE PERmissIBLE RANGE (STEEL MESH: 30~50N/CM WIRE MESH: 10~30N/CM). IF THE MEASUREMENT VALUE DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARD, FEEDBACK TO THE ENGINEER TO DEAL WITH IT.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. To take the tension timer, you must hold the seat tightly. It is strictly forbidden to hold other parts, and you should hold it gently.
