A1:Usually, we will provide a free 4G sim card for European country's customers.
This 4G sim card only can be normally used in European country, not suit for others countries(Middle East, West Asia, South America, North America, Africa, Oceania), pls use your local 4G sim card.

Q2: Does this camera support WiFi network connection?
A2: Not support, it is 4G version camera, not support WiFi network connection.
Q3: How does this 4G solar camera connect correctly?
A3: Please fully charge the camera for the first time.
Then need to insert a 4G sim card into camera's sim card slot before power on camera.
Q4: Which app use for this 4G camera?
A4: Use "V380 Pro"app, can be downloaded from app store.
Q5: How can I confirm network connected?
A5: If network connected, the indicator light will from "red color" turn into "orange color".
Q6:What is PIR Human Detection?
A6:When the camera detects infrared rays radiated by the human body based on a passive infrared sensor(PIR)
within 10m to trigger an alarm. The APP can receive an alarm notifiction at the same time.
Q7:Does this camera record video all the time?
A7: No,this is a low power battery solar camera, usually it will only record events when motion can be detected by PIR sersor.
If you want to record videos all the time, pls adjust the record setting into"Continuous Recording".
