SNZB-05P is a low-power water leak sensor utilizing the Zigbee 3.0 protocol to detect real-time water leakage in the environment. The SNZB-05P has multiple detection methods for various scenarios. The elevated probe design can detect a 0.5mm liquid level and allows for use on metal surfaces without false triggers from the metal, which can be used for leaking detection. The concave water collection design detects drips and stops leaks at the source which can be used for the dripping detection. Used with water leak detection cable(separate purchase or purchase sensor kit), whether it's wide-range detection or narrow-area inspection, ideal for monitoring basements, laundry rooms, and under sinks. The extension cable can be connected in series without any limit on the total length.

Water damage often goes unnoticed until it's too late. With the SONOFF SNZB-05P, you'll receive app push notifications to your phone when water leakage occurs. Zigbee local scenes can trigger the gateway's sound alarm even if the WiFi network fails. It also supports Email alerts (with eWeLink advanced plan) and SMS notifications (with eWeLink advanced plan, and setting up IFTTT). Multiple notifications allow you to take swift action to prevent costly damage and mold growth. The sensor sends alerts every ten minutes during water leakage events to prevent missed notifications due to network fluctuations, ensuring your property’s safety.

Powered by a CR2477 battery, the SNZB-05P offers over 5 years of use, eliminating concerns about frequent battery replacements. It has an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating, providing short-term immersion protection and ensuring reliable operation in humid and dusty environments. The sensor is equipped with gold-plated probes for enhanced corrosion resistance and made from UV-resistant materials to prevent discoloration over time.
