This manual dough press upgrades to a 240mm/9.5 inches diameter circular pressing plate, suitable for dough with a diameter less than 9.5 inches (approximately 24cm). The stainless steel tray is fixed on the support plate, staying in place and maintaining straight sliding during use.

The circular press plate and tray are made of food-grade stainless steel. It also features an independent internal gear control for more stability. The surface that contacts the dough is food-grade stainless steel, ensuring safety and hygiene for you and your family.

This household pizza pastry has several thoughtful features: a pressure lever for easy manual operation/pressing; high-strength springs for easier operation; and an all-metal body, especially the press plate and tray made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean and maintain.

The initial travel of the circular press plate is 35mm. If the dough is too thick, pre-press it to below 35mm. Then place the dough on the tray, push it under the press head and press down the handle to make the crust. The operation is simple, with a quick pressing speed and minimal waiting.
