How to use:
1. Soak the selected soybeans for at least 4 hours, use a soymilk machine to make soymilk, filter out the bean dregs, put the soymilk in the pot and boil it, then cool to a constant temperature of 80-90°C (reheat when the temperature is low)
2. Sprinkle evenly with the adjusted amount of white vinegar or internal fat powder, stir the cover and let it stand for about 10-20 minutes to solidify into bean curd.
3. Spread gauze on the tofu mold, put the bean curd into it with a spoon, and cover it with gauze.
4 Turn the wrench to a suitable position, and press for about 1 hour to press out the excess water.
Reminder: The texture of tofu is related to the pressing time and pressure. The longer the time or the higher the pressure, the firmer the tofu will be; otherwise, the softer it will be.
