A1 : 3 in 1 Just support with OTG Function , Wifi verison support All smartphone phone and tablet !
Q2 : Why Open APP , did not shows any picture ?
A2: For Android Microscope please kindly confrim if open OTG function . (How to check for OTG support? Download the free app''USB OTG Checker'') if you phone open APP did not with picture , we suggest used on PC .
For wifi Microscope please kindly charge 1-2 Hours and try again ! and confrim wifi if connected on success !

FAQ Before Orders (Please kindly read before)
Q1: What systems is this device compatible with?
A1: Android 4.4+ (with OTG function) / iOS 8.0+ and above.
Q2: Why is there no image appearing on my phone after connecting?
A2.1: Check if the LED light on the microscope is turned on. If it's not lit, there may be poor contact at the connection. Please reconnect.
Q3: Why is the image very blurry when viewing?
A3.1: Please check if the microscope is adjusted to the optimal observation distance. You can rotate the focus wheel slowly left and right to adjust the focus for the clearest image.
A3.2: Make sure to remove the dust cover in front of the lens.
Q4: Why do I see static black spots on the screen during use?
A4: Dust may have entered the lens due to certain reasons. You can try gently tapping the product to see if it dislodges the dust. If it doesn't work, it needs to be sent for repair.
Q5: Why is the image lagging or stuttering after connecting?
A5: If the image is lagging or stuttering, please check if the battery level of your mobile device is above 20%.
How to use it?WIFI connection for Android and IOS
1.Download the software “Max-see” from Google Play or APP Store.
2.Long press power button to turn on the microscope.
3.Connect the wifi “Max-see”(no password) which emits from the microscope.
4.Run the app and it is easy to use.
The USB connection on PC or Laptop *For Windows system users*
Download the app from link :inskam.com/download/camera.zip, and install it in your PC.
Connect the microscope to your computer.
Long press the power button to turn on the microscope.
Run the app and it is ready to go.
*For MAC system users*
Turn on the microscope and connect it to MAC terminal through the USB cable.
