How to Use (For Best Results)
1、Safety First: Wear chemical-resistant nitrile gloves, safety goggles, and work in a well-ventilated area.
2、Prepare Surface: Remove loose dirt, grease, and heavy flaky rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. The cleaner the surface, the better the result.
3、Shake & Spray: Shake the can vigorously for one minute. Hold 6-8 inches from the surface and spray a heavy, wet coat until the rust is thoroughly saturated.
4、Let It Work: Allow the product to work for 15-30 minutes. On heavy rust, multiple applications may be needed. Do not let it dry completely.
5、Rinse/Remove: For light rust that converts, it will turn black and can be left as a primer. For heavy rust, after soaking, scrub with a wire brush or rinse with water to remove the dissolved residue.
6、Final Step: Once the treated surface is completely dry, apply paint or a rust preventative topcoat within the recommended time frame.
