The DVR is only compatible with cars that have a 12V power supply. A 24V power supply will burn the motherboard. If you want to use 24V, please add a 24V to 12V Converter(BL).

Time Lapse Video Function
Taking a 16G memory card as an example, only about one hour of video can be recorded in the 30-frame per second mode. After the time-lapse recording function is enabled, recording time under 1 frame per second mode will reach 30 hours (more than 24 hours), which will increase the maximum recording time and data storage by 30 times, ensuring the integrity of the recorded content, greatly saving memory Card space and protect your vehicle for more than 24 hours.(Note: Need to buy a buck line)
Buck line
Use the buck line to not occupy the cigarette lighter interface.
You will need to find two fuse slots to be used in this step.
1.A fuse Slot that provides constant power (RED wire will go here)
2.A fuse Slot that only provides power when you turn your key to ACC position (YELLOW wire will go here)
3.Connect the BLACK Wire to the Grounding Screw or Bolt.

About ashcam Installation
Supply power Method:
1. Connect the car Fuse box power supply. (Recommended, and need to buy buck line)
2. Cigarette lighter power supply connector.
Installation Steps:
1. Insert the connecting wire into the gap of the roof of the front windshield.
2. Take out the seal on the glass and the co-pilot cover.
3. Insert the connecting wire into the card slot.
4. Plug the 12V-24V power adapter into the vehicle’s 12V power(Cigarette Lighter) port.
Please Note:
1. Please use the original factory standard adapter charger, start and charge it, connect one end of the car charger to the device's USB port, the other end into the car port, and the device will start once the car engine launch.
2. Not personally dismantling the machine, to avoid affecting the warranty.
About Rear Camera Installation
Please connect the rear camera's Red cable wire with your car reverse lamp power's Positive pole(+). and then plug the car charger into the cigar lighter to power supply the car dvr.When you get your car in Reverse Gear,the car dvr will automatically switch to the rear camera with parking line.Then the auto reversing function will work.
If you don't need this function, please ignore the red wire, don't need to connect anything.
