Q: Poor screen resolution.
A: The resolution is related to your original car screen, and you cannot improve the resolution of your screen through this product. For example, if your car screen resolution is 800 * 480, then after installation, the screen resolution will not exceed this value.
Q: When using Carplay/Android auto, there is a text below the screen that indicates safety.
A: Due to the fact that car safety permissions are higher than product permissions, some car models may have this issue. At present, this permission cannot be taken over through the product, so this text cannot be deleted. Please note that this issue only occurs in a small number of car models, and most car models do not have this issue.
Q: The reverse video cannot be used.
A: You need to ensure that your reverse settings are in the correct channel, set the path to AUTOAC setting > car setting > camera, and select OEM. If you still cannot use it after setting it up, please contact us as soon as possible, and our technical personnel will investigate the problem for you.
Q: The JBL sound system has poor performance.
A: Our product transmits sound through the OEM car radio AUX channel and cannot be changed to JBL transmission, so using JBL will not work well. Please note this when making a purchase.
Q: The screen has shifted and some icons are obscured.
A: This is caused by the inconsistency between the car resolution and the default resolution of the product. You need to set the resolution.
Q:Your car may have a 360 °/bird's-eye reverse camera system, which is not within the A:supported range. Please confirm that your car can be used before purchasing.
Q:Why is the connection slow?
A:When you install, the antenna is in an inappropriate position. Please avoid placing the antenna in areas with many obstructions, and do not approach metal, otherwise the connection will be slow.
Q:Can't wired CarPlay be used?
A:This product is a new version,wired connection has been eliminated by upgraded, and the AutoLink function is canceled for stability.
Q:What if I don't know how to install it?
A:Our manual is equipped with a QR code for the installation video, and you can scan it with your phone to jump to our YouTube channel. There are many installation and usage instructions for products on the channel.
