A2: Try to change the charging head or change the cable
The higher the power of the charging head, the better. For example, use a fast charging head that supports PD protocol or QC protocol.
Q3: No wireless charging (wireless charging version)
A3: Take off the phone case, it will be more sensitive. You need to put it in the exact spot and lay it flat. If it is not placed properly, it will not be able to charge.
