1. How do I turn on the keyboard? / Why does the keyboard not respond when I press the switch?

A: Please Press and hold the switch for more than 5 seconds to turn on the keypad. (Keyboard for Surface Pro 8 / 9 / X does not work this way)


2. Why doesn't the keyboard work when I turn it on? / Why does the keyboard light go out (or the keyboard turns off) 3 seconds after the keyboard is turned on?

A: When the keyboard is turned on, the indicator light will be on for 3 seconds and then turn off, the keyboard is not turned off at this time, just turn on the Bluetooth and connect to the tablet to use.


3. Why don't the characters typed on the keyboard match those on the keyboard? / Why can't I type the characters I want in my language?

A: Please set the desired input language in the tablet, and then just press win + space on the keyboard to switch the input language.
