1、车子到货后还需要组装吗?
答:需要的,我们发的车子一般为85%的半成品,基本件都是组装好的,由于行业性质和运输规定,一些突出部件是需要到货后自行组装的,比如:脚踏、坐垫、车把、前轮等

2、有发票、说明书、合格证、保修卡吗?
答:发票、合格证、保修卡都没有,不能联保。 后面有保修条款,亲们可以仔细看看。
3、发什么快递?付款后几天发货?发货后几天到货?
答:我们默认的快递是天天快递,天天不到的区域请与我们客服联系,自行车是大件商品,需要库房逐一配货,严格打包装箱。所以付款后,一般在48小时内才能发货。一般地区发货后3~5天到货,部分稍微偏远地区需要5~8天。遇到天气等不可抗因素可能会有所延迟。因为对于快递来讲我们也是客户,无法准确把握运输时间。还望您能理解!
4、运途中会有磨损吗?
答:因为咱们的自行车属于大件物品,发货前已经采取了严格的包装措施。由于本行业产品特性,在运输中不可避免有磕碰磨损的出现,可能对车子造成一些微小划痕,希望您能理解。如果不能接受的买家,请慎重购买。

免费保修项目及期限
1》车架自签收之日起三年内自然开裂、脱焊、断裂、免费更换:

3>前、后、中三套轴、飞轮如发现破碎或脱落时,自签收之日起三个月内免费更换。
不在保修范围事项:
1>已过保修期
2》刹车线、刹车皮、手握变速线、鞍座皮面、内外胎等易磨损配件不在保修范围内。
3》用户使用、维护不当或碰撞、摔伤、超负荷使用、受化学物质影响已经其他非正常骑行而造成的零件损坏:
4》营业性出租车不予以更换:
5》因易损零件损坏未及时更换导致相关零件损坏者不予以免费更换:
6》私自拆卸改装、更换配件等造成的损坏。
