Instructions
1. Plug in the power, turn on the power switch of the sealing machine, and the indicator light is on, indicating that the power has been turned on.
2. According to the thickness of the plastic to be sealed, select the appropriate heating time, the scale value indicated by the knob is the relative value, and the larger the value, the longer the heating time. Therefore, the thicker the plastic bag, the longer the heating time.
3. Select the appropriate cooling time according to the appearance requirements of the sealed object. The longer the cooling time, the better the appearance of the sealed article.
4. Put the sealed items, step on the foot switch, and seal the cooling automatically.
Preparation before use:
1. Check the missing parts according to the packing list after unpacking. If there is any missing, please contact us.
2. This machine is required to be placed on a firm ground, and the surrounding environment is well ventilated and used in places without corrosive gases and articles.
3. The socket should have a good grounding wire to ensure safe use of electricity.
Precautions for use:
1. Plug in the power plug, pull the power switch power indicator light, indicating that the circuit is connected; step on the foot switch, the upper pressing block tip down, you can automatically seal the cooling, the upper pressure block to reply.
2. If the electrical circuit is working normally and the heat seal is not working, check the motor connection at both ends of the heating row and the contact of the screw.
3. In order to obtain a good air vent effect, please select a plastic film with high airtightness or a plastic composite film as a packaging bag.
4. Adjust the appropriate sealing temperature (that is, adjust the heat sealing time) according to the variety, thickness and size of the packaging material (plastic film).
5. Be careful not to disassemble the machine parts at will, so as not to damage the internal parts.
6. Adjust the knob size of the sealing time, from low to high (clockwise) to avoid the heat sealing temperature is too high to burn out the Teflon cloth.
