This product must be used with the Tuya ZIgbee gateway and cannot be used alone.
Before adding this device, you need to add a ZigBee 3.0 smart gateway (gateway needs to be purchased separately or in store)
NOTE:
1. wifi models do not need a gateway, zigbee models need a zigbee 3.0 gateway to use
2.(zigbee energy monitoring version) If the energy monitoring data does not appear in the APP, do not question the smart switch. Please replace the zigbee gateway you are using. The reason for the energy monitoring data not showing up is because of the gateway version. It can be solved by contacting the gateway manufacturer or replacing the gateway with another zigbee gateway.
3.The switch must be connected to an end-load device to display data.
