What is difference between 5.8G and 24G?


Compared to 5.8G radar, 24G radar has a shorter detection distance (which basically meets the distance requirements of daily household use). However, 24G radar has higher range detection accuracy (± 10cm); The delay time is relatively accurate; Higher recognition accuracy; Higher unmanned preprocessing speed; And the unique FMCW variable frequency modulation wave fast algorithm.

2. Perceived Light Intensity for Smart&Scene Linkage

Illuminance monitor in Tuya Smart APP enables its smart feature as smart scene linkage with other smart devices,especially your house lights to ON/OFF automatically as the brightness changes;Besides,you can intelligently linkage the sensor to other smart home devices for home automation.

3.Two Models Are Available

The ceiling mount can be installed like a downlight, which can be powered directly by AC; the wall mount can be attached to the wall or wherever you need it. It's as light as a wireless hub, and it's powered by USB 5V.

4. Advanced New Design with Multiple Settings

Set the sensitivity from 1-9 to your own need,together with minimum detect range as 0.00m and maximum as 9.5m for flexible detection demand.Meanwhile,it is designed with hold time set as 0-1500s and detection latency set as 0-10s to avoid irrelevant annoying movement and reduce false alarm rate.

5. ZigBee Hub as Control Center

Tuya ZigBee gateway is required for this ZigBee human presence sensor,performing as the center bridge for all Tuya ZigBee smart devices with extremely stable signal and a really good necessity for whole-house intelligence.(note:Tuya ZigBee hub is highly recommended for its wider compatibility than other hubs)
