About this product:
The charger supports a maximum charging power of 20W, and the actual charging power ultimately determines how much power to charge your phone/tablet and other devices,. If your device:
1. It only supports up to 10W or 5W charging.
2. The battery level is already high (usually above 80%), and the device will automatically enter trickle charging mode to protect the battery, causing a significant decrease in power.
3. The device temperature is too high or too low, triggering a protection mechanism that limits the charging power.
4. The fast charging protocols supported by the device and charger (such as PD, QC, SCP, FCP, PE, etc.) do not match. Our 20W charger typically supports PD protocol. If your device only supports other proprietary protocols (and the charger does not support that proprietary protocol), it may only be able to charge in the most basic 5V mode (approximately 5V 0.6A=3W).
